Inspire believes in and supports the value that holistic primary care provides its clients. Your primary care provider is the one that knows you well and helps coordinate care with other providers if you need it. There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. In order to be considered "well," it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected. Your primary care provider works with you and  your therapist/counselor to determine the most appropriate care for your specific needs.

Inspire offers several Psychotherapy options. Psychotherapy refers to a range of treatments that can help with mental health problems, emotional challenges, and some psychiatric disorders. A goal of psychotherapy is to enable Inspire's patients, or clients, to better understand their feelings, behaviors, beliefs and what makes them feel positive, anxious, or depressed. Understanding and/or knowing this can equip them to cope with difficult situations in a way that can be more beneficial. The course of therapy is determined by the client and his or her therapist/counselor. Psychotherapy can provide help with a range of problems, from depression and low self-esteem to addiction and family disputes. Anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by their problems and unable to cope may be able to benefit.

Psychological testing can be used to determine a current mental diagnosis, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
